About This Project

Trilia Residence at Bukit Jelutong, developed by Sime Darby, consists of 46 units of superlink houses. The project, with Kitacon Sdn Bhd as the main contractor and Paradigm Architect Sdn Bhd as the architect. Each home is equipped with 3-strip engineered white oak flooring with a walnut stain.
